- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You know if I decided to not pay for services I've recieved there would be bills sent out. Well I've been contacted by their office manager that I over paid on an emergency visit. I told her I was planning on getting a cleaning and I could use it as a credit for that she informed me that my insurance covers up to 2 cleaning a year. Well i don't plan an needing anything else so I said I'd take a refund for the difference. Call and i was told "it was in the mail". Now I'm being told oh we're waiting for your insurance to pay for a cleaning, then they'll either send it in the mail or credit my card. Great service here but the worst management.
