- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience I needed multiple documations filed out by Doctor Olivas for my employer it took her over a week to fill out the nurses would place me on hold for a long period of time. She finally filed out the paperwork and forgot to sign the paperwork which created another set back she also denied my continuous leave when I have a serious medical condition I wouldn't recommend this location poor service & horrible experience everyone will smile in your face say everything is completed for you to find out no it's not completed correctly.August 14, 2017by Emily Vielmas
