- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I really like my doctor here, however it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. They have a policy where you must call the day of to schedule your appointment. It is not a bad policy but when you call at 802 and it takes 15 mins before someone can take your call. By then all the appointment are taken. I made an appointment on Friday the 6th to see an alternate dr. When I got there I was told they had scheduled me for the 16th. They squeezed me in as a walkin with my regular dr. I was grateful to be seen however they were so busy that they would triage patients and send them to a separate room to wait to be seen. While waiting to be seen the patients were talking and I discovered that several patients were schedule for the same time with the same drs. After waiting for over 30 minutes I was finally seen, I was told to come back on Monday if I wasn't feeling better. I called back on Monday and surprise surprise they were completely booked. I'm tired of having to fight to been seen by a dr. I dont think a drs office should but quantity of patients of quality of care.December 19, 2016by A Google User
