  I'm posting under my daughter's account... but we really don't like Dr. Vincent! My daughter has been dancing since age 3 and had foot pain that she danced through for 5 months at the age of 8.5 years old. We finally went to an ortho doc (Vincent) and he decided that she needed a cast for 3 weeks for stress fractures. She hurt the entire time she was in the cast... waking up at night crying from pain. She followed all the directions and didn't even get it wet! When the time came to take off the cast we saw Vincent's fill-in. He decided that we needed a post xray to see if there were any changes causing the intense pain. We went to my hospital for xrays that very morning and returned to Vincent's office within two hours. They downloaded the xray. This was on a Wed. Still could not get anyone to call us with results of the second xray! I called the office three times and still no return cal a week late!. I asked for a MRI because my daughter could barely walk... WHY??? She was MUCH worse than before the cast! She had her first national dance competition and she could not even perform her solo!!!! Vincent NEVER called... he didn't care or even act like he cared! His office staff were rude and only offered to have my daughter return after I threatened to sue them: they gave us two choices: at the END of the day (1700) on Thurs or Fri... which were the days we were out of town for Nationals. Unless your kid has a major medical issue and has ortho issues secondary to that... Vincent could care less about your kid! How could he not even care that a kid, who has worked since age three for her first National dance competition... achieved her goal... and then could not even do it because of SOMETHING HE DID???? He REFUSED TO CALL US!!!! BEWARE of this doc and I say this all as an ER RN with 14 years experience! Oh, and my daughter still can not dance without tennis shoes and inserts... Will say though: His TECH staff is WONDERFUL!!!! They apply casts with perfection and ease... they are the ONLY good thing about this office!!!!! :)
