- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poorly run medical office. Can't even do the basics. Mr. Christenson himself is a good clinician and pleasant guy. He listens and spends time with his patients. Very happy with him personally. His staff, though, fails to return phone calls, answer emails, or renew prescriptions in a timely manner. They are surly and sometimes outright hostile. The girl who works at the front reception area is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We've waited as long as an hour and a half after an appointment time to actually be seen. I get the impression that the office is overbooked and overwhelmed.January 05, 2017by J. DeBord
