- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROVIDER. They overcharged me and are refusing to return phone calls or handle the issue. I am having to file a grievance with the insurance provider. In addition, their dental hygienist was very aggressive with the cleaning. A week later I chipped my first tooth due to the aggressiveness.September 03, 2017by NEEL SHAH
