- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪El Rio is the worst clinic ever! I had a horrible experience when i called to get some advice on formula for my son. I'm a first time mom and my son has been having alot of issue throwing up. After I was on hold for 20 min the triage nurse Dan was no help cancelled my current appointment and then made one on a day i wasn't avaible. I asked for my original appt. back was told it was no longer available. In a matter of seconds it was gone I guess. Then he argued I was never scheduled at that time when in fact I have a print out from my son's dr with the day and time. Dan then said I don't know what to tell you I have three other people on hold. Sorry that im not worth your time Dan.
