  Staff was very personable. Dr. Rasmussen went up and beyond to get my gold crown to fit perfectly. Erika was a very professional assistant and made me comfortable during the procedure. Great place to get dental work done.

  Took my kids there once and won't be back. Not because of the Dentist but because of the front desk clerk. She was so rude for no reason. Took my kids in on a wed. Friday I called asking what the process for releaseing info to myself (the patients mother) is because the school was asking for a copy. Was told come in, show ID, sign a release and I can get a copy. When I got there I told the girl (with glasses who looks and acts like she is straight outta high school) I just called about getting a copy of my sons exam. form for his school. Apparently, there is more than one form and I was told I should have brought in the paper with the request so she knew which one I needed. Well this is exactly why I called first. So I asked if she could just give me the copy of what was in the file. Well that upset her lol so she told me we are busy and sign the paper and come back Monday. As she sits back in her chair, not looking busy. Turning a simple request into a 2 day project was the tipping point. I go back Monday to get the paper, this time I take her the request (which doesn't say any where on it to take the form to the dental office) and ask if this is the paper she needed to see and her response "I don't know, I think so. That's why we ask you to bring it in" and she turns away from me to help another person. um no, you didn't ask for it til I was there. I can't have a place this rude and inexperienced staff working with my kids. Especially if they recommend giving anesthesia to a 4 yr old. Seems like the only time they care to deal with anyone is if you have an appointment. The form she gave me was the correct form. The Dentist and Hygenist were all great. Sad when one person ruins it for everyone, my kids actually liked the place.
