  Dr Davis is wonderful....when and IF you can get an appointment. The office never answers or returns calls. I've been trying to schedule a hospital follow up for weeks and the office staff frankly are rude and lazy.

  I have been with Dr. Davis for years. And I'm so grateful to have her as my PCP. SHE IS EXTREMELY caring about her patients. And goes the extra miles to take care of your medical issues. Office staff has changed for the better and I do receive my calls back.

  She not only listens, she discusses, too. I've avoided doctors for years because I always felt as if nobody was hearing me. They'd say things and dismiss them as if I didn't actually matter. I walked out of the office with several Rx's, a list of blood tests and x-ray orders. I'd been considering a move out of state soon, but I think I'd like to stick around for a little bit and see if we can actually accomplish some things. The nurse on the otherhand seemed nice - but when asking me to describe pain (as I'd like to look into Fibro) she stated that "everybody has pain", basically implying that what I was seeking help for was invalid. Now, I have anxiety issues and fear of people - and due to some past trouble in my childhood and adult life, something of PTSD. I'm very easy to knock down into a corner and make me feel worthless. This nurse needs to learn that it's not her job to provide an opinion. She's there to ask questions, and take notes - not diagnose. Aside from that, she was pretty good - and I don't think she realized how she came across [she was very nice, otherwise]. Her comment threw me off and ended up making me completely forget an example of the pain I was referring to, and I didn't get to bring it up with the doctor.
