- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪went to this office to get a basic sports physical. and the nurse practitioner, (NOT the M.D. Lorraine), wouldnt do it because it asked if i had and medical HISTORY of diabetes, heart disease, etc. they have my medical records. but she said she wouldnt clear me because she didnt know for sure because i had never been tested for any of those things and i wasn't going to do the testing because it said HISTORY and my medical history did not show anything. then she continued to tell me i need to be tested for leukemia because of bruises i had on my legs and arms. im an mma fighter. i know what the bruises are from. wasted my money.May 01, 2017by Corrie Ward
