  I've had numerous dentists throughout my life but have decided Dr. Wexler is the best one I've ever found! Staff is always very professional and kind, and Dr. Wexler is very skilled in both basic dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. He also listens and us willing to work with me to achieve perfect results!

  Terrible! In 2014 I took my daughter to this dentist. I called my insurance first to ask them if it would be covered and I was told that it would be. For some reason, the insurance denied. When I called them again, they said it was denied because I underpaid $5 on the premium. I called back and never heard anything again. After I ran my credit report in December 2016, I saw a collections on there that was put on there in 2015. I called the collection agency listed and they told me it was from Dr. Wexler, and I owed$347 (for a charge that was originally $199). I called Dr. Wexlers office and explained that I never recieved notice from them or the collection agency, and I would be willing to pay the $199 (Even though I believe they negligently did not run my insurance a second time, when I asked them too) if they would have the collection agency remove this from my credit report. I never heard anything until I called again weeks letter, and now they are telling me that I have to pay over $500 to have this removed, for a charge that was $199 and was told would be $347 by them AND the collection company, only weeks earlier when they never got back to me. They are TERRIBLE about working with their clients and do not keep accurate books of billing. I work for medical billing, so I know this isn't OK. All they did was polish my 1 year olds teeth.. THATS IT. And now they will not communicate, ruining my credit, and will not work with me. Ridiculous. I AM UPDATING IN RESPONSE.... I asked you guys to bill my insurance just once more, RIGHT AFTER THE VISIT. I absolutely NEVER asked you guys to do it a year later. You guys sent me 3 notices via mail over the time I was trying to work this out with my insurance (although I only recall getting one of these, as well) and you definitely NEVER called me. I have had the same phone number for YEARS and I have never received a phone call from your office, even after I called you. Then, and now. I told you that if my insurance denied it a second time, to please give me a phone call and I would pay the $149. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. The collection agency never contacted me. Nothing. I find this YEARS later after running my credit report. I call you guys and asked to pay you guys because I didn't realize I owe, and you want me to pay you OVER 500 for looking in my ONE YEAR OLDS mouth for 5 minutes and polishing her teeth. You guys are such frauds and liars it's not even funny. YOU WILL be hearing from my attorney. Lets hope you have 'proof' of all these attempts to run my insurance and attempts to contact me. I would have been HAPPY to pay the $149 if you could have bothered to make a phone call, which you didn't. I would be happy to pay it now, if you submit proof showing that you attempted to run it through my insurance FIRST. However, I refuse to pay over 500 dollars when it should have been communicated that my insurance did not accept it. Everyone do yourself a favor if you have insurance that won't cover the entire thing and go to an office that cares about you as a patient. These people are scam artists and will screw you over and manipulate the system the first chance they get. If you are a patient... make sure youre extremely PROACTIVE in calling them, because even if you request they call you back... they won't. Proven to me over and over again.
