  STAY AWAY! If I could rate Zero I would. This "Urgent Care" bills like an emergency room extension of NW hospital. I have received 2 bills, one for the doctor and one for the facility. On top of that, the original bills totaled nearly $600 and gave no break down of services, so I called them back and told them I needed an itemized bill before I would pay them. I then received 2 adjusted bills, one for the facility $202, and one for the doctor, $110. In the time it took them to reissue/readjust the bills, they also sent me to collections! All said and done, I had to pay $312 to a collections agency for a strep test and a script for an antibiotic. Should have drove to Nogales bought the amoxicillin there and saved myself $260. This facility will rip you off!

  This has by far been the worse experience I have had at an Urgent Care. I strongly suggest finding any other company other than Northwest. On top of truly not treating me I received a bill that is incorrect as they are billing as en ER visit vs. urgent care which inflates payment greatly. After going back and forth and they have been more than unprofessional and rude both from the billing office and the actual urgent care. AGAIN AVOID NORTHWEST and all of its subsidiaries at ALL COST unless you want poor service and to be OVERCHARGED.
