  Disappointed. I have had 2 visits to this practice. The first was with the doctor and I felt that she was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. My second visit however was just for immunizations. The M.A seemed to hate her job. Said 3 things to me the entire visit which were "sign these" (I had to ask what I was signing) "lay him down" and "have a nice day". She did not say one word to my son, who was screaming, ask if I had any concerns, nothing. Zero compassion. Its unfortunate for good doctors to have poor staff because it ultimately represents the whole practice negatively. Wait times are also bad. Both appointments I showed up early yet was still seen 20 minutes + past my schedule appt time.
