  My family member needed to get urgent information about his critical heart medication that he ran out of and should have had refilled. We had called Dr. Marius Wagner's office and were put on hold for more than an hour and then the phone hung up on us. We called back Dr. Marius Wagner's office and left a message, service said someone would get back to us in 3 or so hours. No one called back. Had to call back Dr. Marius Wagner's office early in the morning. Got put on hold again and waited about 30 minutes before we got someone on the phone. The office hadn't refilled his medication he needs (so he won't die) because they didn't know where to send it to. If Dr. Marius Wagner's offcie doesn't know where to send meds for a patient they know needs or they could die, why not call the patient yourself then and just ask? Isn't that part of your job as a healthcare service? We need doctors in Tucson that actually care about their patients, not just making half a million every year. Absolutely horrible that they let things like this slip through the cracks from their end, are so hard to get a hold of, and caused so much stress to my family member... who is a cardiac patient! Wow, there's a thought for Dr. Marius Wagner, run a service that doesn't cause abnormal amounts of stress for your CARDIAC patients. Oh and the pharmacy was also trying to get a hold of Dr. Marius Wagner's office for two days as well.... FAIL
