- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Agent couldn't even explain. Why my insurance went up. I used to recieve a letter telling me of such rate changes but to not send a letter and then just raise my car insurance payment from $107.00 to $134.00. If an agent can't explain your policy and it's changes to you then why bother being an agent? On top of this the agent took my credit card number and never ran my payment. I've been driving on no insurance and found out by checking my online statement and saw a payment was never taken. Why take a CC number and not run it letting me and my family drive without insurance? As an agent do you believe this is fair? Even if there was a misunderstanding because you couldn't give me information concerning MY insurance as MY "agency", where was the "So Would you like to continue with the payment"?July 14, 2017by Damon Avila
