- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have three kids. My oldest is now an adult, but started seeing Dr. Swanson when he was 2 years old. We moved to Tucson from Connecticut and had wonderful Doctors up there, and were trying to find an equal match down here. We found the best! Dr. Swanson was not only an amazing doctor, but actually cared about my son. I ended up having twin girls, and by surprise, they came 10 weeks early. After spending 6 weeks in the NICU, they were sent home with pretty much the idea that they will continue care on a regular basis. We were almost living at Dr. Swanson's office. We got to know here even better than we had. I personally have never felt so comfortable with a doctor. She got my family through an extremely rough time. My one twin was rather sickly. She required oxygen for months. She ended up getting the flu right after getting home from NICU, and she was back in the hospital. Dr. Swanson was there for her, and assured us she would be fine..and she was! Before turning one, she was back in the hospital with a staph infection. Dr. Swanson was there for her, and even sat with her and rocked her while my husband and I took care of something. This, if I can remember was on a weekend. The other thing I need to mention, is she looked at my daughter and knew right away what was wrong and had a room lined up for her. She met us at the hospital, and sat with us through the MRI and stayed until she saw results..which was in the middle of the night. My twins are now 14 and will continue to see their wonderful doctor till they are adults. The rest of my family are also with Casa adobes medical practice. I don't mean to be argumentative, but the last review I read I couldn't disagree more. I am protective with Dr Swanson, as she got us through so much with our twins, and really, I am not sure how they would be today if it weren't for her care! As far as immunizations, I know of her policy on that, and I couldn't agree more with her. My kids have all had their shots and will continue to. I really don't feel like seeing staph again, nor whooping cough..thanks very much! This is the best doctor you can take your child to!January 06, 2017by Lauren G
