- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tucson Orthopedic is worse than the VA. I have been waiting for almost a month for them to send Tri-West (the insurance company for the VA Choice program) a request for treatment. I have called 5 times now to no avail. All you get is discourteous staff members. I haven't seen such discourse since the VA a year ago. The VA now is far better than Tucson Orthopedic, too bad the VA here doesn't provide the service I need.September 04, 2017by R Ramz
