  So today was visit number 7 for me or someone in my family over the past few years, and I have to say, I have never once had a bad experience. Yes, there have been times when the Dr has been short or quicker than normal, but it depended on how busy they were. I keep coming back because of the quick treatment time and they have always been very nice.

  My husband and I have used this urgent care facility several times since it opened and have always been seen quickly. Every single employee has been professional, efficient, personable and kind. We have never experienced a billing problem or any other kind of problem here and feel that every person goes out of his/her way to do an outstanding job. We received written notice in today's (Saturday's) mail informing us that United Health will no longer have Continental Reserve Urgent Care as a provider as of May 1, 2017. We'll be taking this issue up with United Health on Monday.

  Absolutely the worst customer service of all time. If you hate your job that much please find something else to do. Your blue eyeshawdown eye rolling is not gonna cut it when I have two sick children. I would never recommend this place even if you were dying.
