- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will not recommend them to others. I took my dog in for a suspected UTI. I gathered and took the urine sample in at time of visit. She was given an antibiotic before a lab report. The specimen was "sent out". I called everyday for one week for results, only to be told by the receptionist she wasn't "allowed" to give them to me. The VET would have to give me that info. After daily phone calls with no response, I made a visit to the office and requested my results, in person. Their office visit price was higher than I had ever paid.
