  Sandra the manager was very pleasant and very professional in dealing with a problem I had in the past... if you ever have any problems with any other dentist rest assured she will be able to help you with any problem you may encounter. I'd recommend you seeking her out. She is great. I thank you very much Sandra. I hope the gentleman has learned a lesson from this. Thank you . Take care.

  I am a 57 yr. old female who hates going to the dentist.. I made an appointment with Gentle Dental and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous & kindness of the staff. I was the last patient of the day and not one person made me feel rushed, The dental hygienist Stephanie was wonderful. Then I met Dr. Laos, he was professional, kind, compassionate and explained what was going to happen each step of the way. I wish I would have found him 20 years ago, it would have saved me much pain. I will definitely be going back, as I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you all for making this experience a lovely one.

  I scheduled an appointment months in advance because they book up quickly. For new patients you need 2 appointments, 1 for the consult/X-rays etc, and the second for the actual cleaning. The only way to do a cleaning same day was to schedule 2 appointments for the same day. They sent me emails confirming my 10 am appointment, and they even called me personally to confirm my 10 am appointment. I show up and after waiting half an hour ( still waiting as I type this it is now 10:52 am) I walk up to the front desk and ask how much longer? She tells me they have me down for only 1 hour at 11 am. After explaining that my appointment was at 10 she informs me that they have me down for 11 but will check to see if they can get me in. I show her the email confirmation and she blames it on their automated system. It is now 10:55 and I'm still waiting. *Update to 3 stars from 1 star. When I finally got in for the cleaning (at 11) the dental assistant was very empathetic and provided great customer service. The dental hygienist was also great! Front desk staff just did not handle the problem well. I also got a call same day from operations to discuss my experience (due to this review). I will go back and give them another shot.
