- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The first time I took my dog to Ina Road Animal Hospital was Christmas Day, 2013. I'd given her a marrow bone and two of her bottom teeth got lodged in the hole in the bone. I was frantic although my dog wasn't (she just kept licking the stuck bone). I called and they told me to come right in. It took some doing but they cut it off her teeth while keeping her calm. Six months later I had to take her in because one of her back legs went lame. Dr. Reed does acupuncture and we did that for a few months. Each treatment was a lovely exercise in quiet and tranquility. Dr. Reed would pet her and talk quietly and softly to her. Dr. Reed and the rest of the staff have been wonderful. They treat my dog (and me) as if we're family, are always happy to see us and do a good job. They're gentle with my dog; pet her, soothe her and generally make her comfortable in surroundings that can be scary in the best of circumstances. I really like this animal hospital.
