  I'm a regular here, thanks to miserable allergies. The ability to call ahead really streamlines the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with my insurance provider. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The healthcare professional on staff, regardless of which one I have seen, has always been spot on with a diagnosis and treatment that is effective. It's much faster and less expensive than any ER in town.

  Interesting experience. We drove over to this location because the urgent care in our zip code could not provide imaging services. I am not a fan of writing poor reviews and I expect medical personnel to hold themselves at a high standard. We have not received any introductions to providers names, we were shuffled from triage/vitals without being told where we're going. Even the doctor came in with no introduction or pleasantries to my young son who is hurt. She left in hurry and sent in the Tech to shuffle him off for an xray. I'm not impressed and this location is not even busy to offer that as a reason for poor bedside manner. NextCare, please know that another urgent recommend you...now the doctor just walked in to deliver a test result to the wrong mother. I guess it is just one of those days. Good luck.
